"I really had high hopes for this salon since it’s local. I tried overlooking the negative reviews and give it a shot. The lady’s were very nice but they lacked in cleanliness and pride in their work. Without naming since there were only 3 people working at the time and 2 out of the 3 worked on me. Starting with the nail colors to choose from. They are old bottles/colors and you’re limited. Same with the gel and powder choices . Although I was one of two customers in there, I felt my service was being rushed and showed at the end result. My nails were filed crooked, and uneven. I had powder/glue stuck all over my cuticles and fingertips and took about two days to remove it. when I asked the technician if she would remove it, she said it would wash off easily, which I knew that wasn’t the case since I get my nails done regularly but felt she really didn’t care. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t cut a lot of the cuticle, didn’t scrub the heals of my feet well, brushed my toes with an old brush that should have been thrown out 2 year’s ago and although she painted my toes with such a thin coat you could see my nails through the polish she also painted my cuticles. Hate leaving reviews like this but I like to leave the nails place feeling GOOD and this was not the case."

"When I moved to Deerfield I was on the hunt for a new nail tech. I found this place on Google and made my first appointment with Mindy and the rest is history. Very clean environment. My tech does everything from brows to pedicures. They offer multiple types of spa pedis that are cool/relaxing and great for your feet."

"Mani and pedi last night and they look no different from when I went in. I am incredibly disappointed with almost everything - cuticles, filing, polish. She filed my nails down to nothing; didn’t ask for that! My toes look like I haven’t had a pedicure in a month. Total waste of money, not going back. Looks like I did it myself - nope, I could have done better!"
