"The techs are adept. The owner must be overworked. She is rude to people and the techs take after her. They talk non stop in their language and price depends on there mood... too bad. A place of last resort!"

"I rarely leave bad reviews. BUT I witnessed first hand RACISM bringing my wife here. While waiting I saw a woman come in and REPEATEDLY be left to wait by others coming off the street. (It happens). But when she asked why a woman was taken with no appointment ahead of her the staff began to laugh. She waited for hours. She was crying. The other women were laughing at her. She was the ONLY woman not of color AND It was obvious why she got no service. I deplore racism and I call it out anytime I see it. The woman was very polite and very hurt. I watched her walk out without ever receiving service but always kind. Me and my wife left immediately, I took her somewhere else. They immediately tried to stop us BUT NOT THE WOMAN WHO WAS AHEAD OF US. SHAME on them. Much Love Guys! Go anywhere but here if you despise racism."

"Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Being a regular client of Angel Nails in Pompano Beach, I’ve never experienced this level of disrespect. My 15 year old daughter and I always get our nails done together but today she didn’t want to. Instead, when I went to go get my nails she grabbed a chair to sit by me. When she did, the owner, Kay, screamed at her in front of all the customers and said she wasn’t allowed to grab the chair. She embarrassingly grabbed and put it back. After standing for over half an hour, the lady doing my nails told my daughter that she could grab a different kind of chair to sit next to me. She grabbed it and sat beside me. After sitting for about 5 minutes, the owner came over to my daughter began hitting the chair with the broom yelling about how she previously told my daughter not to grab the chair. My daughter quickly responded “The lady said I could grab this different chair, don’t scream at me, i’m a client and should be treated so accordingly” and she kept repeating “I’m the owner my store my rules”. I replied “You’re not her mom to yell at her.” Another male worker got involved and started yelling at us from across the salon to get out the store. I told him “No one called you into the conversation, I’d be more than happy to leave this store and never come back.” So that’s what we did. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to my worst enemy."

"I love, love Angel nails! I grew up down here and have been to many salons. Kay is the ONLY lady I trust. She does excellent nails and take pride in what she does. This place is a hidden gem they are worth the wait. It’s the quality ladies. Trust me!"
