"I have been going there for years and today will be the last time as their prices are out of control and they charge whatever they want after the service is completed. A pedicure and gel polish cost me $83.00 today and i hate gel that's not what I went for. I guarantee within a week it's going to look horrible because it already does."

Lee and Remi are my favorite people and I tell anyone who asks to go there. It’s been 3 years and I have never walked out unhappy with my services. This place is 10 stars."

"All I can say is that I’m very dissatisfied with this company. I call ahead to make sure they would have time for a pedicure and full set with two colors in gel. The nails are only a week old and four of them are lifting. Not only that but there are waves in the acrylic because she did not take her time. The colors I chose only one is correct. I felt as though she rushed because a client she wanted to service came in. I will never go back after paying $130 dollars. This is the worst experience I have had not to mention I felt insulted when she asked if my hand that has a Callus on it is from smoking cigarettes. I explain to her no it’s because I work at a cleaning company and only have a half day off. This was to be a treat for myself and to make myself feel good. This experience caused the exact opposite! Nonetheless I’ll never go back,very dissatisfied ,rude, inconsiderate and just not worth the money!"

"Nail technician was super nice, but the actual end result was disappointing. I went in for a fill and a fix for acrylic which I had stated on the phone. When I came in the technician only wanted to fix one nail and not the three that I could see had cracks in them because "they did not have time"... mind you this was at 10:30am in the morning, and business was slow, as in other technitions on thier phones slow. I am from out of town and on a time crunch so I I went with it. It's been 2 weeks now and the nail she did fix fell completely off, while the nails I got done in tampa over a month ago are still on strong. Overall not worth the money I spent."

"I’ve been coming here for about 5 months months now …. They were awesome at the beginning and did an amazing job with my nails which is the reason why I kept coming back for services but lately I’ve been feeling super rushed, specifically during my last two visits. I didn’t say anything the first time because they were busy and I thought it wasn’t intentional because of the amount of people that they had but today I came back again and they did the same thing… it was even worse this time and they weren’t even as busy, they did a 8-10 minute pedicure which usually takes at least 30-35 mins, it was the worst pedicure of my life, I felt RUSHED out of the chair. And then my nails took about 20-25 mins and the result was horrible (Stains and bubbles all over). Everything was extremely rushed (you can tell in the pictures)… it was like they just wanted me out of the chair. I’m really disappointed because this has been my preferred nail salon for MONTHS and I really loved coming here… I don’t think I will be coming back after this."
