"Kim is great, Emerald is super, Tyler and Danny superb, great attitude and service from them, the lady that is at the counter not nice, even rude, she leave me feeling like I don’t want to bring my service here often…so I’m not sure I’ll keep coming back even tho I do have technicians I like, for example, today I spent $250 on myself and my daughter, yet the owner lady would NOT let them put chrome on my nails, even though I would she paid for it, an asked for it when I initially arrived - problem was I didn’t ask HER - not behavior becoming of a business owner. Thanks to the team though, we appreciate you!"

"Do not go to Quin!!! My nails lifted 2 days after getting a full set of acrylic. Never had this happened to me in the 40 years I have been getting nails done. Four days later , 2 bails completely popped off. Did not even bother going back as Quin gave me an attitude for asking for hotter water in my pedicure. I know the blame game with these places, did not want the drama. Do not recommend. Does not deserve 1 ⭐️"

"I have been going here for a very long time (Years) not only me but my entire family!!! Including my 76 yr old mother who gets her pedicure and nails done biweekly. My sister always purchases gift cards for us there also! Hundreds of dollars spent! The owner of the salon is the rudest women I’ve met and that has the worst energy and attitude towards her workers. But regardless we kept going goes the convince and the employees always gave a great feeling since we are such good customers. Long story short my mom missed an appointment she mistaken the day. She received a call form the owner screaming at her that she missed the appointment and hung up in her. My mom felt very bad and called the next day and wanted to make an appointment. She was rudely told that she is blocked from making appointments she can only come a walk in. Needless to say we found another local Salon to give our business to."

"Tiffany is the best and she takes such a good care of my nails. And all staff is amazing too. Everyone is always happy and so polite. Call ahead to make an appointment because sometimes it gets busy, but they are always able to fit you in!"

"I am very disappointed at the treatment I received on yesterday 9/18/23 around 6 pm. I had been going to this establishment for years. I came on 9/8/23 towards the end of my acrylic refill E had me dry my nails under the fan instead of the UV. I thought that was odd because I she use to always put me under the U . My nail chipped and I went back yesterday. The man up front needs to be fired. I have never be treated so badly. 1) He kept trying to sale me on Gel. I said you need to fix this. Intimidation does not work with me. Then he says his nail tech does not work for free he should have taken ownership and did it for free. I paid and additional $23 for this mess. I went to the nail tech he lied and said he could not fix it. IHe did a poor job as you can see. He apply cleat and was telling me to go to the fan . I said no I paid for UV. Then he put a coat of the gel on my nails and was rushing. And put it in the UV. I am never coming back here again! The lady owner is real sweet. Sorry but you weren’t there you need to do something with his deceitful lying self. YES. The one sitting in the front with the glasses. I am gone."
