"If there were an option to give this firm zero stars, I would do that. I'm pretty sure their reviews on Google (all five stars) are bogus. The principal of this firm (Duane) has worked under the name of more than one other firm, including NextGen Solar and more. My project was a complete disaster with finger pointing, delays and after more than two years of hassle, the system was installed and only worked for a few weeks until it didn't. I was required to chase down the manufacturer of the failing product (Generac) and after months they are still supposedly out of stock and the part is on backorder. Furthermore, this firm's installers caused a lot of roof damage both around and under the panels and the firm refused to acknowledge it was their fault - despite the roof repair guarantees on their website and elsewhere. I had to pay for the roof repairs around the panels rather than haggle for weeks with this firm. The roof damage goes beyond the tiles...it now leaks when it rains because the perforations were not sealed and the system is non-functional - just a waste of time and money. It's hard to believe I am the only customer with a terrible experience using this company - I'm pretty sure the reviews are fake. Bottom line, if you want to waste your time and money and go through nightmares in the install process - in order to do the right thing for the environment and save money - you're advised to look elsewhere. Duane's reply to this review is another example of the way this firm does business...always trying to distort the truth and evading responsibility. You can't trust Duane no matter which company he is working for - so it may not be the whole company, but he's the principal and sets the tone and direction. I will review my options to pay for the roof damage his firm did but will never do business with them again and I warn anyone from doing so. He is trying to say that I did business with a different company, but the common denominator is Duane regardless of the name of the company he might currently be working under. Stay away unless you wish for nightmares."

"100% ON POINT...Richard & Duane deliver what they promise!!! We have just completed a solar installation with the Fuse team and I highly recommend them. I shopped this project with 4 companies and the price and service varied by almost double what I paid with Fuse!!! Other companies proposed the biggest system possible to meet our demand but Fuse firstly did a full energy study to understand our energy usage and made proposals across many areas of our home - knowing and following their recommendations we were able to reduce the size of the system by 40% and we got the solar system, roof insulation and FULL battery back up CHEAPER then another company offered just for solar...and as a result our ROI/break even will be 7 years faster with!!!! Richard ran the install and was here EVERYDAY and treated our home as his own, with total care and respect. His constant communication meant we were never wondering what was happening or when. His attention to detail meant that once the job was done it was a VALUABLE finished product with 110% satisfaction. He is a step above ANY builder/tradesman I have ever used - he truly knows his craft and cares about his clients...thank you Richard!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Richard, Duane and the Fuse team - I promise you will not be disapointed"
