"I came in today to get a Gel Pedicure. I walked in the salon, I didn’t get greeted. The lady at the counter just stared at me and waited for me to say something. One lady that was already occupied with another client spoke. First the lady didn’t go by my requested. I asked for hotter water, she kept telling me that it’s okay after I kept telling her that I do want it hotter. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t enjoy a pedi and she’s acting as if she’s frustrated with my request. The lady made my toes round shape and my big toes square. At this point, I’m very upset. Will not come back to a salon that will not honor your requests."
