"Old Time Roofing installed a new tile roof on my home, they completed installation a couple of weeks ago. With the help of the owner David they overcame a supply issue on the product I wanted and completed my job ahead of schedule. "We had a great experience with A Old Time Roofing. We received 2 quotes and A Old Time Roofing had the best price. They also included the double layer underlayment in their standard quote vs the competition that had it as an add on for almost $10,000 more. Cort Bennett was our project manager and he was kind and honest from the start. Throughout the project, Ted, the owner, also stopped by regularly to check on the work, make sure I was happy, answer any questions, or show me anything I wanted to see. He even took me up on the roof to see everything before the tile was installed. Neat to see the work and quality they did. The wait for tile was about 5 months. As soon as they knew the tile was close to being ready, they completed demo and the underlayment in 5 days - pretty quick! 2 weeks later the tile was delivered. 3 days later the roof was done. The crews were friendly and focused. They kept the work fairly clean for a roof. They regularly walked the property with magnets to pick up any screws or nails. They cleaned up when they were done. Overall a great experience and fast process. Couldn’t be happier. Anything I noticed, they fixed right away. Pricing stayed true to the contact and there were no surprises.
