"Not even one star, I wanted to do a simple white faded color, and it seems like is too much a challenge here, I showed the pic what I wanted, the result just look cheap. I have never done powder process, is just not looking good at all. The total charge of this is nearly 100 including tip. No service at all. DO NOT recommend!"

"The worst experience ever. While the work is average, the rudeness of the people that work there is beyond compare. They do not apply lotion on your hands, the warm towels is hit or miss and worst of all the manicurists do not even make eye contact. They do not even greet you, they are very unpleasant and you do not know they are done because they simply walk away send let you sit there like an idiot. If they are so unhappy in their jobs why don’t they simply quit, I can always go elsewhere. — and I have! Good riddance."

The Good: - Clean - They offer refreshments - No waiting The Bad: - They make you pay and TIP before your service is complete - BAD MANICURE & SERVICE: I went in to get my gel nail polish removed and have a regular manicure. They charged me $15 for the removal instead of the $10 they said they would charge, and didn't even remove the whole thing. But the worst part was my manicure..My nails were not even at the end nor were they round (even though I asked for round). When I pointed that out, the lady working on my nails handed me the nail file so I had to file my nails MYSELF. Worst manicure of my life..."
