Kathy's Nails

"Worst experience ever. They complained the whole time cause I chose to get long red nails. I got gel by the way. They polished one nail at a time and told me to put it in the Uv light. I literally was there almost 2 hours. If y’all not comfortable doing long nails y’all should list that. And the new girl was asking me how to do my nails. I told her I’m not the nail tech you are. I should’ve just left the first time when she asked me drip my hands in water before she did my nails. Lesson learned. Shape all uneven. Never again."

"Kathy is the owner. First time coming here. When she answered the phone she sounded rude. Came in was a bit more nice. She did my nails she shapes really well but when it comes to cleaning the nails or painting, I would say she's not good. Gel is uneven, she rushes to paint, and doesn't even let the LED light turn off. I wont be coming here again."

"Very bad customer service. I went in today October 12, 2022 for a gel pedicure and I did not sit in the seat for more than 10 minutes and the tech was done cleaning my feet (IN A RUSH) with no other guests in the salon. I asked her to cut my toenails in a square shape and she became very difficult. Due to the disappointment I asked for her to stop service and she became confrontational with me. Worst experience ever and my birthday is in 3 days can’t believe this. I had purple gel polish on my toenails prior to me requesting service in the photos you will see there is still polish from the previous design on my toenail. Will never visit here again."

"I used to go here as a regular. There used to be a young woman who used to work on me forget her name. I came in one day and she was not working and the owner Kathy rudely told me SHE NO HERE !!! and walked away did not ask me to sit and wait or anything. I liked the girl that worked on me but one of the other ladies would have been ok too. I was not there to make a date just the nails. Hey no problem went down the street plenty of other places. That lady was really rude to me, SEEE YA"
