"After placing our order, we failed to pay close attention to the shipment date. It was well past the time of our scheduled renovation. We called and spoke to customer service and the gentleman, whose name we do not know, went beyond our expectations. He offered to send a full size template and faucet hardware to assist in the renovation. In addition, he made some modifications and adjusted the shipment date to arrive much earlier. He was more than accommodating and considerate of our scheduled date with contractors. We have never received this type of customer service in many many years. It was very encouraging to know that people still respect good customer service and very attentive to the customer’s needs. We are extremely excited to receive our beautiful new bathtub."

"We purchased a SanSiro air jetted copper bathtub with a stand alone faucet filler in April 2023, and a two person infrared sauna in August 2023, from Baths of Distinction/The Tub Studio. The products are excellent, look beautiful in our new outdoor garden spa, shipped on time, were crated expertly, and arrived in flawless condition via Fed Ex Freight (included), shipping cross-country from Florida to Washington State in 7 to 10 days from the date of shipment. We received excellent customer service and support from Kimberly Lasher, the Sales Manager at Baths of Distinction/The Tub Studio. Kimberly assisted us with our orders and answered all before and after purchase questions quickly and accurately. We are novices at doing DIY home remodeling installations ourselves, so we had lots of questions and Kimberly was very patient and a delight to work with. The products were easily installed and came with easy-to-follow installation and operation manuals. We needed extra long electrical cords for our installation and the company installed them on the tub and sauna for us prior to shipment. We really appreciated that extra service. The bathtub came fully assembled. It was easily plumbed by a local plumber using a quick connect drain kit (purchased separately) to an outdoor french drain that we constructed beforehand and placed underneath a gravel pathway out to a flower garden on our property, so that drained bathtub water from the garden tub can be used to help keep our flowers watered in hot, dry summer months. No more wasted bathtub water down the drain inside! Although the sauna had to be assembled using supplied prebuilt walls, ceiling, base and a glass door, it was simple to do. The parts all fit together securely and easily, and everything worked! I cannot say enough about how beautiful and functional these two pieces are in our outdoor garden spa. See attached photos. The 73 inch SanSiro air jetted copper bathtub easily fits two adults. At 5’11 and 5’8”, my husband and I both fit comfortably and can fully stretch out in the tub. The air jets are amazingly strong and very relaxing with three speed levels, all easily accessed on an included remote control. I love the natural antibacterial and antimicrobial properties of the copper for the tub, plus water stays hot a long time, even on chilly WA State fall nights. The sloped sides at the tub ends and the rolled tub edge make it perfect for reclining comfortably. It is easy to keep clean, although you do have to be careful not to use bath salts in a copper tub (bubble bath is fine), an no harsh cleaning products. It rinses out easily with warm water from the hand-held shower attachment on the faucet/filler, and cleans easily with mild dish soap and a soft cloth. I just quickly wipe it out and dry it with a soft towel each time after use. There is a purge function for the air jets on the remote control that you simply activate for 2 minutes after the tub has drained to keep the air jets and air lines free of standing water. This is a gorgeous bathtub, perfect for long, luxurious and relaxing spa-like soaks, so beautifully designed that it looks more like a work of art than a household fixture. The two person infrared sauna heats up quickly, holds heat really well, has interior and exterior lights, plus interior colored lights for light therapy while you sauna. Sauna temperature, time and lights are easily controlled from an interior and exterior control panel at the touch of a button. The sauna also has interior bluetooth speakers that paired effortlessly with my iPhone 12, with great sound quality inside the sauna, and it has a built-in air freshener and ozone sanitizer. Two adults fit comfortably seated side by side on the interior bench. One adult can stretch out somewhat on the bench with knees bent. Two built-in wooden cup holders keep beverages close at hand. I whole heartedly recommend these products and Baths of Distinction/The Tub Studio! The quality of the products, customer service and support are superb."

"Recently, I called Baths of Distinction to inquire about and place an order for a SanSiro Zone System Hydro Massage Spa, and Kim answered. Kim was polite and professional in answering all of my questions, taking my order, and providing an ETA for the tub. Not long after placing the order, she called to share good news that the tub would arrive sooner than expected. The delivery was scheduled, and I received a gorgeous and pristine tub! She requested I email photos and give her some time to consult with her technical team. In short order, she called with a solution, and I once again have a gorgeous and pristine tub!
