"Complete lack of commitment from the owner (Darren). We started a big project in my house. He sent people to work there with no notion of what to do. Not because those people weren't able to do so but because the owner did not tell them what to do. I've needed to stay calling him everyday to tell about the project because he simply doesn't manage his crew. It is unacceptable to pay a lot of money and at the same time be a manager for him. If you don't want a headache, contract someone else."
