"The flooring choices are fantastic at A & H. The installer that I had was so unprofessional. There’s a review for A & H that mentions an installer named “Bob” and how he scared this mans wife. Someone from A & H replied that no one named Bob works at A & H. Technically that’s true, A & H contracts Bob because he is the Wife of the woman who works in the office Teri. Bob was also my tile installer. He installed tile in my whole house. He started off flirting with me and ended up drinking beer with his crew while he was still installing my floor. He scared me as well, I even spoke with the Police about Bob. Bob reinstalled 2 toilets and tried to tell me that they were supposed to be crooked and wiggle when you sit on them. “That’s the kind of toilets they are” Bob said. Needless to say I paid to have them installed properly. The tile that he laid in my home is improperly installed according to the appraiser that came to fix all of Bobs mistakes in my tile floor. I stub My toes everyday and there are sharp and raised tiles throughout my home. Also be careful when you get your invoice insofar as it being the only invoice you’ll receive. I ended up with two. So A & H can deny Bob is a contractor for them...I have pictures of Bob and him drinking beer in my garage. A & H can deny that I was a customer but I have two cancelled checks. And now I’m going to the BBB"
