"We had a great experience at Floor & Decor in Fern Park. The selection and prices were great. We found some beautiful natural stone flooring for our bathroom at a reasonable price. The best part of our experience was working with one of their designers, Hannah. She is very knowledgeable about the products, designs, and latest trends. Hannah was awesome to work with and provided us with some wonderful ideas. I would definitely shop at Floor & Decor and work with Hannah again on future projects."

"I just got my master bathroom completely renovated, and I used a design supervisor from floor decor to help make a design of a functioning master bathroom. Ursuline Carty, was incredibly meticulous and informative about making every choice from tile to grout to safety. I had a design in mind originally that used tile that would not be safe when wet. I am so thankful she sat down with me and showed me other options that were just as beautiful, that would maintain safety while and staying within my inspiration Design. She was great to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone needing help with bathroom design!"

"I have had an amazing experience at this store. The staff here has been more polite and friendly than the store on Colonial. It’s because of the staff and Hannah ( designer) that I was able to remodel both my bathrooms. Jonathan, the supervisor was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Omar and Carolyn were very nice. I will be coming to this store again because the people are very welcoming. Hoping the quality of the this store stays this way forever. "Not enough people to assist you with anything you need. The girls told us that we couldn’t use the higher leveled carts because they were new and there was no sign or anything. We had to look around the store for assistance."
