"Please do your self a favor with this company. And STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Shady at best. They send installers out which say has no affiliation to them yet when the contractor gets out there wants to cut you a deal on the side. They ordered way to many tiles and now the Direct Flooring folks wont take back the access products. Im stuck with over $350 in tile unused. A d to make matters worse the “cabinet place in the same building which are not affiliates with the took me for over $250 for an estimate on some work and wont return the money. Seriously considering taking them to small claims court. I will leave reviews on them any where I can find. lies and more lies. How many times are you going to answer the same thing with all customer saying exactly the same thing. if you read all the reviews, everyone says the same thing you know that old saying where there is smoke, there is fire everyone please stay away from this place you’ll regret buying anything from them"

"This flooring company is terrible. They subcontract out their installers and the installers do an absolute terrible job. They don’t level out tile before laying LVP flooring. I spoke to Andrew “the owner” about a year ago about my complaint. He told me to call the installer about the issue that’s it’s not their fault. This company doesn’t take responsibility for the cheap flooring they sell or the terrible installers they send out. I now have wood rot around my bathroom and unlevel planks around my house. 10k on flooring that now needs major fixing or completely redone. I called the manufacturer that makes the flooring and it’s discontinued I can’t even buy more boxes of this cheap LVP. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!"

They helped with the installation process by providing me with installers whom they themselves recommended and who successfully completed the job. I didn’t even have to pay the installer until I was completely satisfied with the work. I will be returning to Direct Flooring for any future projects that may arise. I highly recommend them."
