"I’ve been looking over the reviews and there is a common thread. Several of the individuals working at your store are problematic. Honestly I go once a week, and you have an employee that stalks people in the aisles. Many times I visit to figure something out and this guy follows me around the store. When I have asked him questions, he doesn’t seem to know much, other than how to use the key to unlock the locked merchandise. Was there today and started to consider not using a small business. Just sayin."

"Turner Ace is my go to LOCAL OWNED hardware store. They almost always meet you at the door. When my black husband is with me they follow us around aisle to aisle. Such caring service minded folks. Albeit, they might be a little racist but it's close to home and I like their paint selection and I would rather spend money in a locally owned business than a big box store. They do not offer any military discount but they claim to give extra Ace Rewards. There is a nice garden shop. I stopped by on 24 August 23. The employee was so helpful with me trying to make a decision on a battery powered string trimmer. He really went above and beyond."
