Prior to installation, his office team was very helpful and professional when discussing options, lead times, and pre-installation. Installation was as scheduled, on time, and very quick. Upon completion of installation Hector came by to inspect the job himself. He took care of the details, and actually suggested an improvement which he took care of and required an extra trip. The job was two hours away from their office. In 2022, our twenty-unit condo association fell victim to a scam by someone who portrayed himself as an honest man that would deliver needed services. This horrific experience seemed like a nightmare I could not wake up from. I wondered how anyone could betray someone's trust in such a way for the only purpose of increasing their profit margin, not thinking twice about the financial damage twenty owners would endure.
