"I went to this hardware store today. I needed to get paint and I had a paint chip. The paint guy said it was too small. I told him I could not get a bigger piece unless I took a chunk out of my door so he said I can’t help you. I said can’t you help me find something close to this color? He said no! We don’t do things that way! What?? I want to buy paint and he would not help me nor was he very nice about it. I’ve been to many Ace Hardware stores and never have I had such bad customer service as I did in this store in Key Biscayne. What a shame that they treat customers this way. I will never go back there ever again! They are rude and not at all helpful."

Besides their terrible non- refund non-return policy which is probably the only ACE store in the country with this policy because they are not part of the franchise, (they also do not offer the reward program)they charge a credit card surcharge in the total of your bill Apart from the sales tax without you being aware. their prices are higher than other ACE stores because it is the only store at KB and they take advantage of it. I recommend the worth drive to the Brickell store which is part of the franchise and have a return/refund 30 day policy, plus it is bigger , more variety, well organized and friendly service."
