"These guys are probably the best in customer service compared to any other business I've dealt with. I had way too many questions about storm panels, mounting, code requirements, and everything else. Not once did I hear a sigh, complaint, or get asked if I was stupid. They worked with me on what I needed, where to get it, and advice on how to cut and mount the panels/tracks. Their pricing blows Lowe's out of the water as well. Doing 4 windows on my home cost what Lowe's wanted for just the panels to cover one of my windows"

"There are not enough good things to say about this business. Rick was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I had some significant time constraints, and Rick worked with me on several different options to fit my needs. I had several questions and made a couple of (what could have been costly) mistakes, but Rick made sure I got exactly what I needed.
