"First AND last time ever coming here. I was referred here by my cousin with excellent experience in the past. Her description DID NOT meet my expectations. I was overly disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. Literally lasted 19 mins. No massage no hot towel not a proper clean. A lot of details missing in the pedicure. So rough. And rushed me on picking a color. So unheard of. To top it off I wanted regular polish to try it out but they pushed gel on me without my knowledge and charged me for it. Never coming back. Terrible business. Wish I didn’t waste my money and I certainly DID not tip."

"Been going to Lily for years she is the absolute best technician ever. One day in a rush i went in for soak off and regular polish manicure with a different lady and it was the worst experience. Very rough, all my nails were different shapes and lengths, the polish was put on so thick that even after 20 minutes of drying she came by to put on cuticle oil and left streaks and bubbles in all of my nails, I could go on. I complained and said she would redo but I did not have the time. Spoke with front desk lady and she was very rude refused giving me a refund first saying the polish was the problem , then that my nails were ruined from acrylics which I have never had in my life, then that if i would have gotten acrylics the shape would have came out better. Situation was handled very unprofessionally, sad to say even with Lily’s talent I will never go back."

"I have been going to this shop for years. They have a lot of great technicians at this location. The owner (and shop Mom) will greet you by name at the door with a smile. Great selection of colors, options, and services. When I found Ngoc, I knew I found my person. She takes her time, we have great conversation, and always make sure I leave completely satisfied. These women go the extra mile for their customers. I am a working mom, and my fills are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart with my busy schedule. My fill is work, and she never gives me a hard time about it. My nails never lift, and my gel polish lasts all the way through. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend this place 10/10 times. If you're looking for a change, give FX nails a try. You will not be disappointed!"

"I couldn’t recommend this place. Although I watched a nail artist do a gorgeous green set on another customer, (then start another pretty set) the artist doing my nails took two hours to remove my acrylics and do what’s pictured. I told them I have work at 3, I sat down a little before 1 PM.. I had to leave at 3 with my nails like this. AND the management charged me almost 70$ for these incomplete nails that are different shapes and lengths on each hand. Then they had the audacity to offer to charge me an extra 30$ to fix my nails the next day. If you can get your nails done by the one artist that knows what she’s doing then I’d say go for it.. but the service alone just bothered me. 30$ to fix their mistake is just disrespectful in my opinion."
