"I’m so disappointed that I trusted all the five star reviews on google. I went in for a luxury pedicure and manicure- both with gel polish. The pedicure felt amazing, but slightly rushed. When it came to the manicure I was so disappointed! My gel polish is uneven. Some spots are dark and some are nearly see-through making me feel like the second coat wasn’t applied with care. The shaping of my nails was just lazy. They were not shaped well at all. Three of my nails are “crooked” and my boyfriend even noticed! The gel polish was not “sealed” in the front- again, I believe from it being rushed. I was getting this pedicure/manicure for a vacation. I am on day two of the vacation- day three of the manicure/pedicure and my fingernails are chipping! I paid $120 for this (which was absolutely insane for a gel polish manicure/pedicure) and left so disappointed. I had packing and planning to do or I would have complained and asked for it to be fixed… I will never return here and recommend if you want a BASIC mani/pedi to find somewhere else that charges less with more attention to detail."
