"quite literally the worse nail salon i’ve ever been too. lady rushed my acrylics and they were done within 10 minutes. acrylics should take longer than 10 minutes. my shape is terrible, my nails look 4 weeks outgrown even though i got them done 4 days ago. they’re all uneven. please do better, people don’t come for speedy mail techs, we come for QUALITY NAILS."

"3 days ago I did dip and ultimate pedicure with male technician ( A) . Aggressive pedicure, massaging feet was way too strong- I had to ask to slow down. Pedicure was not good experience. Dip hands, 3 days later 4 nails broken. Unacceptable!!! I visited this salon multiple times but I think this is final drop. Picture is left hand… I am right handed… imagine that."

"THIS IS THE WORST NAIL SPOT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! if I could give it negative stars I would. They scammed me and did not do at all the design I asked for. He made me pay before adding my design and had me tip him before letting me know the design was not included in my service. I asked for thin french on the sides and he said that was a $10 up charge when I was already paying extra for the french tip. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE and save yourself the headache. He didn’t even file my toes and painted my toes badly leaving air bubbles. also they don’t cut your cuticles during a manicure. please see the photos I attached. THIS PLACE IS SO TRASH"

"My experience here was awful. I have gone here a few times, but my nails were done with Andy this time. For starters everyone can clearly see that my thumb is not the SAME COLOR. I asked for them to be fixed and he had an attitude the entire time and was extremely rough with me. He didn’t even bring both my hands together to see if the French lines were the same thickness on both. EVEN AFTER I GOT THEM FIXED. I had to put my nails together and say they’re not the same length. I saw plenty of reviews complaining about this place, and I will say I have had a manicure with Vivian and she’s very good. Overall, I’m just disappointed. But I am glad that I was able to get them, they look significantly better."
