"They do not practice good hygiene and is absolutely disgusting. They don't sanitize their equipment, they wash in the sink with soap. They even washed a brush in water my feet were in for a pedicure. They are disgusting and don't care about the risk they are putting people in."

"Went to Macy's at Fashion Square mall...so quiet there now. This was one of the few other businesses still open. Stopped to get a pedicure. Maybe the neatest pedi I've ever had. They were not crowded so had time for great attention to detail. Beautiful clean facility. Highly recommend!"

"I have frequent this location for many years mostly due to the fact that they tend to have several specialist at one time so the wait is typically not long. However, The owner who is A husband and wife team typically are there to also offer services. The Lady owner is always rude. She barely speaks to any of her clients, and she has the nastiest attitude. I typically ignore it but after todays encounter I felt that it was only right for me to share with others so that you know to spend your money elsewhere. The lady owner began to speak in her language out loud to all of her employees and they continue to look over at me and they will all laugh. This led me to go ahead and start recording their conversation, as she carried on for over 20 minutes. There were two other customers also in the store. So when I made the comment to her to let her know that I had been recording her conversation and I was going to have it translated she immediately stopped laughing. I am never rude when getting services, never picky, and always leaving extra tips. So if someone can be rude to a client like me just because you can then it’s only right for me to share this with others so that you will know to be aware. Let’s stop supporting businesses that don’t value our business. Now I hope the owner can read this review and laugh at this."
