Winter Park Nails

"I recently moved to Florida from New York so finding a good nail salon was a mission until I found Winter Park Nails. The salon is very clean and staff is very friendly. Just love the way Krystal does my nails. This is my new forever place to get my nails done!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this nail salon."

"I've gone here about 5 times now including bringing a friend once but each time I go I feel the service declines so this past visit will likely be my last. I noticed they are not very sanitary they don't seem to be washing their tools she took the cuticle cutter out of her drawer without sanitation of any kind and just used it on me. They also don't seem to put much attention to detail the water was very hot which I mentioned and I was told to just wait then to put my feet in? I waited 10 mins until the tech was ready for me and she asked why my feet were not in I said the water is still too hot she sighed and emptied some out then put a little bit of cold water in and told me there put your feet in and walked off. They also don't seem to listen to you at all I got the deluxe which let's you choose between scents but she just used whatever she wanted. The last time I went I also asked to use the restroom before he started my nails and the tech told me to just wait he would be done soon. The rates for things are very comparable to others in the area so I don't really have an incentive to return again. The owner seems nice but only to her regulars everyone else they seem to ignore"

"I have been coming to this nail salon for over 2 years. Jimmy always does a great job. The salon is very clean, the utensils are sanitary, the techs are knowledgeable, and everyone is so kind. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone."

"Very disappointing!!! I asked the guy that was doing my nails to blend the nail art a little bit and he suddenly started speaking another language to the other girl who was doing nails, like he was complaining or saying inappropriate things. So everybody was looking at me, which was very embarrassing. I was super kind with my request and it was not a big deal. Plus, after this, he just didn’t even clean my nails properly. I’m very disappointed and just feel awful about the whole situation. I regret going and would not recommend it at all!!"
