"I had the worst experience of my life with the owner of this nursery, despotic, aggressive and disrespectful, I bought 30 bags of mulch and my car only fit 15 and he told me that I could pick the remaining covers up another day, but I explained that I couldn’t next day and I went almost 5 days later, I asked for the mulch and he told me almost yelling me and with rude words that he has no record that He owed me that material and that i had to buy them again, I asked him to review his invoices and notes, and he told him that the He has not invoices and that he did not have to review anything. Never in my life I’ll forget that terrible moment, it was the first time in my life that I felt so neglected and mistreated. At the end he told his employee to give me the mulch and he yelled at me to get out of his office, I was afraid that he would hit me and I returned very nervous to my house. I would liked to be able to record it and report it. This gentleman should not continue in the business and I know he mistreats his employees as well."

"Where do I begin. I have got to say that the owner, Rob, is the biggest dirtbag that I’ve met in a while. His customer service is so terrible that I hope the man goes out of business. I spent over $1000 at this place in the last month and each time I was there he continued to give me an attitude. I put my pride behind me because there was a job I needed to finish. I went back today to get more material and I finally had enough and said he lost a customer. His response was, “Good”. He changes his prices at the drop of a dime. Last week I went there to get some decorative rock and he told me the price initially was $22 a bag. After I picked out the bags, he told me I could have them for $15 a bag. I was like that’s awesome. Unfortunately I did not buy enough so I went back today to buy more. I asked him if I could have it again for $15 a bag and he told me no in a very rude way. We started arguing over five dollars a bag. At this point it’s not the cost but the principle. This man does not care about his customers. All he cares about is the money. He is shady, extremely rude, and honestly does not care about anybody, including his employees. It is a shame because he has good product from what I bought. At this point however, I can never give this scum another cent of my money. I hope people read this post and the other customer service, low review posts. These are the ones that tell the truth about the business. Please buy elsewhere and save yourself the stress. I can tell you for a fact that he will never read the reviews about his business because he does not care. Mark my word for that."

"I had this grass for a week and it's dead. I did follow the directions on watering guide they gave me. I called today to speak with them about two things. I mentioned to him about the grass dying but he did not want to hear about it and shut me down. I was going to ask him about buying sand but decided not too. The guy I spoke with was not customer service oriented and could care less. I decided to take my business elsewhere where they appericate it. VERY RUDE!"

"We came here to buy 50 bags of mulch dkr our yard. The owner was very friendly and customer service oriented and his staff member was helpful and made us feel at home. They have everything at excellent prices and impeccable service. We will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping needs."
