"My local Ace Hardware store. There has not been a single time I came here that someone wasn't ready to help me. You could not beat the level of customer service received from this store. I always go here before a Home Depot or Lowe's unless they are closed. Problem solved everytime here. The employees at HD or Lowe's don't have a clue what they're doing at work or in their department vs. Ace whose employee has a knowledge of everything. No one can beat that!"

"Rude Customer Service, refuses to allow you to even speak after asking you a question, doesn’t seem to want to help. Whoever it was it’s supposed to be the person who orders merchandise from manufacturers to ship to the store. An incredibly simple process completely screwed up."

"Stay away. I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock at this store and would be ready in 15 minutes. It was a 20 minute drive so I got in my car and headed out. When I got there I was directed to some person in the back that asked me if I saw the email. I told them that I got in my car as I assumed to item would be ready to be picked up. The person told me they did not have the item. When I asked why he did not simply call me, he just stated it was an online order (though his store is making the money). He did not offer any additional help, like offering to check other stores. Sorry, but this lazy attitude deserves zero patronage and I HIGHLY recommend you shop elsewhere."
