"Worst store and terrible customer service.I went to this store and bought a rain coat pant set for my husband and boots. I spent 40.00 for both. First day the pants ripped. I bought them a size bigger so they would fit loose. Who knows how long they had been at the store that they were rotten and tore within a few hours. The boots were a size bigger as the store clerk gave me the wrong size. I immediately called her and she said not a problem to go the next day which was Sunday when the owner was there. Let me start by saying this person has no customer service at all. I explained what happened with the raincoat but that i would not ask for a refund on that even though It tore but that to at least exchange the boots as they were too big. Not even 24 hours since I had purchased Them. He said no that he could not exchange them because they had been worn. I went on to explain my husband is a driver and only used them 3 hours driving and to give me at least a portion of the credit so I could purchase another one there and he said no because he could not sell them again and lose money. Funny but it’s ok for me to lose my 40.00? This guy is the worst sales person and has no professionalism. Their products are terribly made and over priced. They have no concept on how to treat their clients. He did nothing to make things right. I was going to buy a pressure cooker there for my mother in law but so glad I didn’t because god forbid there was something defective with it this man would just tell you too bad. There are no signs that prohibit exchanges. Do yourself a favor and go to a real store that sells quality items and has good customer service and understands the philosophy of making clients happy will get you more business as they are likely to return and refer you new clients. Definitely not this place. This guy is a real loser!! Stay away unless you want to throw away your money. Shop somewhere else!!"
