Ocean Club Nails.

"I’ve been here twice now, the first time I had a great experience with whoever did my nails, so good I decided to do my next service here as well. The second time I waited for 30 minutes while I saw several technicians not helping anyone. They finally decided to soak off my old gel and in mid soak off another worker traded places to help another guest. The nails on my right hand are shaped different than my left, which I tried to have her fix but it’s still not right, she seemed to not understand me. I asked for chrome application (which is $15 extra btw) she applies it to my nails with her bare fingers, isn’t there an applicator for that? You can barely tell I have chrome powder on my nails and for a $50 gel manicure I will be taking my business somewhere else. My advice would be to be more aware of your store and the clients that need help, and make sure your employees use the proper equipment so they can do their job efficiently."

"My technician,Kim does an amazing job, especially shaping and painting my nails. It was too cold for a pedicure,but Kim is great on both. I like the atmosphere and comfort of the salon too. I can just sit back and relax."

"Never again. Thought I found my local nail place. I got tap gel / hybrid gel and needed it removed. My nails are bleeding underneath. As you can see - my entire nail is missing, just one layer of nail remains. I saw a qualified nail tech and she said damage could be permanent. I am in so much pain. The gentleman who did it gave me free lotion - now I know why, maybe he felt bad and responsible. I wanted to get a hard gel by a technician who does designs, she said I’d be in more pain. So now I have 6-8 weeks to hope everything grows out and really awful looking nails for holiday parties and Christmas photos. Obviously I won’t be back. So. Much. Pain. Frail thin nails that are bending back even this short. Find a qualified person in a sanitary salon."

"The best pedicure I've ever had. It literally put me and my husband to sleep. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the pedicurist is so professional. We drove over 100 miles to spend the weekend in that area. We now plan to drive that distance to visit Ocean Club Nails. We look forward to our next visit. I also had a gel manicure while there. Everything was so inviting and worth the ride."
