"Okay I have been treated really horribly THREE TIMES by this salon. The owner Ken was my initial tech and I fell in love with his work but after the first time he has refused to do anything else for me. It's so horrible to do people that want to give your business money this way."

"Super nice team. My issue was the quality of the work and/or products used. My mani was gel and essentially peeled off in a week. Usually gel is hard to come off. I had a regular polish for my pedi. Oddly, it usually lasts 3-4 weeks. This one was only about a week as well. For the amount I paid, I expected somewhat more, in addition I have been wanting to come here for years and never quite made it because it was normally packed. Otherwise attentive and friendly team."

"This hidden gem is definitely underrated. I came in here as a walk in, because I Hage making appointments and most other places around here want you to schedule an appointment. When I walked into this nail salon, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They took me in right away, and Cal did a fantastic job on my nails! "Customer service is TERRIBLE!! I chose a color that looked a very dark maroon on the nail pallet. When the technician started to paint the color is was bright red. I figured that it will get darker after the second coat. But it was still bright red. I brought it up to him and another technician over hear me say something. They both said that it just needs a third coat. I said okay...figured they know what they’re talking about. Then after the third coat. It was still bright red. Then they show me the bottle of nail polish that says “mood change” and try to say that it changes. Which was never what I requested!!! And at that, it changes under temp of the air, not your “mood”. I kept saying this is not what I wanted and they just kept pointing at the polish bottle, smiling and saying “sorry”. On top of that, there was nail polish all over my hands. The technician never offered to change the color, but they were quick to give me the bill for the full price. Zero customer service!!!"
