"This is our second time using this company. Our first experience was back in 2021 for kitchen remodel and we were pleased. This time we had a master bathroom remodel and while we were happy with the looks of the final product, unfortunately we had a toilet leak after 2 weeks. We attempted to contact owner David as soon as it was discovered but unfortunately did not hear back until the next day. We had a plumbing company repair this problem as we did not know how quickly Floors and More would act and being on the second floor of our Coach home the leak entered our neighbor's unit. The plumbing company that repaired leak informed us that the wax ring that was installed was bad and that the flange was below the new tile that was installed. I had the plumbing company write down the findings on the service report. In the end I am writing this review because Floors and More would take no responsibility for the out-of-pocket expenses we were left with. The owner said that they did nothing wrong, and this was not the fault of their work??? How does a new toilet leak after installation and not be the responsibility of the individual who installed it? A simple flange with a longer hub would of solved the problem. This is what was installed by plumbing company that came in to correct leak. Leak was repaired with simple extension flange. The new tile that was installed by Floors and More was above original toilet flange. The drain was never installed incorrectly as noted by the owner of Floors and More. UPDATE..... February 6, 2024 Since last review back in February 2023 and when leaking toilet was corrected by plumbing company there has been no further leak. As stated in original review the toilet was not installed correctly at time of this remodel and had never leaked in past as indicated by owner of Floors and More. A very inexpensive toilet flange extension hub could of been used and would of solved any issues of toilet leaking . The comment made about plumber friends and Fire Marshall is complete nonsense and is trying to put blame on someone else other than the unqualified individual who did the install."

"This is our second project with the folks at Floors and More. They did a whole condo LVP job last year, and this latest was tiling our lanai. It looks wonderful. The crew that worked here was courteous and meticulous, made sure everything was lined up perfectly, and cleaned up every step of the way. Lee, the “foreman” checked in to make sure things were going smoothly, and David and Lisa(owners) always follow up for satisfaction. Thank you. See you next project!"
