"Very disappointed on standing in the store waiting and listen to staff belittle customers. And then when a contractor goes oh 25% off the employee states that just for the homeowner on our mark up. You get a better deal cause your a contractor they just own a home. As a home owner the employees were more or less saying that Sherman Williams was ripping them off."

"Went today around 4:30pm. Male employee at register was rude or no customer service skills. Handed him a coupon we had, he took coupon and said "what do you want?" rudely. We mentioned coupon was from D.R. Horton builders, he says "is that a painter?" We explained again, he says "we don't deal with builders.". We left, but we should have asked for manager."

"Wort service of the year. After 40 years of good service Sherwin Williams is now on the ever growing list of corporations that have become un interested in serving their customers. They don't even answer their phone. Just recordings of how the stores are open and the employees must be busy helping other clients. NO, not the case. The web sight, google listing and phone greeting all say " We are open". But you are not. an hour after you are supposed to be open. Several customers waiting on the sidewalk. I am standing at the front door of the store. You are CLOSED when you say you are open. Can I call and clarify? No, you don't answer the phone. I GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE 15 MILES AWAY. Maybe someone is out sick. No, store #2 is also locked up during business hours......Turns out all the stores were closed and Sherwin decides it will take too much effort to post it on a web sight, or phone greeting. Another on bites the dust!"

"Unfortunately, we didn't receive the color we paid for. The paint on lid did not match paint chip and when they tried to darken it, it was not anywhere near color we wanted. I tried to contact all parties listed but still haven't received any call backs."
