Yesterday Lisa was advised by management that her actions were justified because Layla was late to our appointment. Which has absolutely nothing to do with how poorly a loyal customer was treated. Where was the willingness to make this right prior to the negative Google Review? Thus, yesterday marked my final day of business patronizing New York Nails, where I had spent $300–$400 a month for the previous two years. I scheduled an appointment with the greatest nail technician in the salon, in my opinion, yesterday at 10:00 a.m. When I arrived at the salon, Lisa, who was sweeping the floor and had headphones in her ears, she asked if there was anything she could help me with. I told her that I had an appointment with Layla at 10:00, and she said that she wasn't there yet. Layla was running a little late getting to the salon, probably because of the bad weather yesterday. Lisa was sweeping the floor in the salon when I walked in she said that she wasn't there yet. I sat down, and after two or three minutes, I said excuse me to Lisa. At first, I thought that she couldn’t hear me because she had headphones in her ears, but after everything was all said and done, I realized that she was being a NASTY WITCH and purposely ignoring me. When she did eventually respond, I asked for a bowl of acetone to start soaking my nails off. She told me that she was busy and did not give me any acetone. I said do you typically tell paying customers that "You're busy," and she said, "Yes, I'm cleaning I asked her again: do you typically tell paying customer you're busy? Following our conversation with the manager in attendance, management essentially stated that the WITCH's actions were legitimate because my nail tech should not have been late."

They picked on this one black lady mouth so bad, she had no teeth, but she was soo nice. Like most foreigners, some are racist. But the guy who does me, stays quiet and just does his job! "I took my niece with me to get our nails second visit both times dissatisfied you tell them what you want they do what they want. I ask for short round thin nails . Nails uneven, thick & square .. showed a pic of color burgundy kept saying wrong color told its the light. Nails violet color. Diamond pedicure tech only clip big toes didn't touch other toes until I said something then only got cuticles good on one foot by this time I was so frustrated. I was told it's only a few that actually listen."
