"Told the salesman what I was doing what I wanted he sold me the wrong stuff. I wanted a paint that was with primer and one coat I spent the money to get what he said paid someone to paint my building now it’s gotta have a second coat now I gotta buy more paint and pay somebody to do it again, not very happy at all. I would not recommend Sherwin-Williams or the store to anyone. It’s ridiculous that you can’t get what you were told you were paying, for this experience was very unpleasant"

"I bought paint recently at another hardware store, went back to get another gallon of it and it was a completely different shade. After 20 minutes or so, they couldn't figure out what they had done wrong. I brought the paint into Sherwin Williams instead and the store clerk matched it and mixed it all under 5 minutes. Got home and it was exactly the right shade. Can't recommend them enough! From now on, I'll pay the extra money and get my paint here, mixed the right way the first time!"
