"Wasn’t the best experience. Had a warranty repair scheduled from 8-12. Waited at home - no call no show. Called the place and the lady said “you’re not the only stop of the day give them time” and “the techs only use their personal phones so they aren’t required to call customers”. Finally got in touch with someone more helpful later in the day (Amber), who confirmed that the tech skipped over our house for the day and was never planning to show. She helped me reschedule for later in the week, but that was after I already sat around for 6 hours thinking someone was going to show up. The bad reviews on this company match the customer service you will get - do not recommend."

"Sent our driver to pick up materials and he was received by Shawn’s racist comments. Should’ve known this store didn’t sell to Mexican customers, Emmanuel didn’t provide the best service either but at least he didn’t continue with the racism. Well, last time coming to this store. There’s for sure others who will accept our money."

"Can’t recommend that anyone do business with this company. Numerous issues with their product related to our new construction. 6 months spent waiting for an appointment to rectify them. Eventually an appointment gets scheduled a month out, only to have a no call no show. Moved work meetings to allow for this appointment to occur and they couldn’t even bother to tell me they weren’t going to make it. Upon reaching out I’m told they don’t have the door tracks that they were supposed to order in January (it’s now late August) and so now we have to wait again for another appointment. Horrible experience."

"This is the most unorganized 84 lumber I've ever delivered to. There is no professionalism with customer service check in. Somewhat clueless to product they ordered and the delivery number they needed to confirm delivery. Then I'm waiting for instructions on where and what to do next so i had to ask " how does delivery work here?". I go talk with 3 forklift drivers ,only 1 had respectful help while the other 2 weren't too concerned about receiving the product. If you don't have to use their services i advise you to steer clear unless you're just getting some decent rates on what you need. I wouldn't recommend this even if it was 50% off. The wood yard is awful. Need to shut down for 2-3 days and organize their products these 3 photos doesn't scratch what's back there 50 yards ."
