"If I could give this place a 0 star I would z I went to do a simple refill , my appointment was at 12:00 p.m and was there at 11:50 A.M. When I first got there the girl that I got was nice and I set down and then she started to take off my nail polish after taking it off she kept saying how my usual nail lady did a horrible job and that they probably used a cheap product , basically all she would say was how horribly done my nails were, so I was thinking oh wow this girl really knows what she is doing .... well she started using the machine to buff my acrylic to clean the surface to put the new acrylic . This girl lowered my nails soooooooooooo much that she almost went all the way to my actual natural nail, you can see my nails though the acrylic how red they were because how much drilling she did . Not only that the way she put the acrylic was horrible , she left shunks and when she would try to fix it it got worse and worse , all my nails were uneven, they all had a different shape . So I chose a very light lilac almost white color. She started painting my nails and honestly it was so porely done that you can the the gel color running through my cuticles , my nails were hurting sooo sooo much it was rediculous, yet they were negotiating the price because they said that with all the repair the girl did it was going to be a lot but they were going to charge me $25, mind you I got there at 11:50 in the morning and left at 4:30 p.m , a refill took this girl almost 5 hours !!!!! And a veryyyyyyy horrible one . I didn’t tell her anything at the moment , I’m very shy and don’t tend to say anything,all I do is never go back ever again. The only girl that I see that can actually do nails I believe it’s Yude but she was off that day I guesss . But that day was my first and last time I will ever go to this place !!"
