"Super disrespectful! Booked an appointment and after 40 min of traffic the appointment was canceled cause a bad managing of the scheduling of the appointment so all the workers were busy and waiting was 40 more minutes. Lupita apparentely the owner could find any solution for her mistake. Not even offering Discount or whatever other solution for their issues. I will never come back again!"

"At first, when I came to this salon I loved it! My nails would last me a whole month. Prices were fair however they increased their prices. Unfortunately, I refused to pay 60 dollars for gel mani/regular Pedi. I wish they kept their old prices. I would have kept it going to them. I had Maria and she was so sweet and amazing. I am only giving it a 4 star because it is ridiculous they increased their prices due to what is happening in the world."

"Actually made an appointment here over a week ago. Just for a simple gel manicure and pedicure. Get there 10 minutes before my supposed appointment. Picked a color and waited 40 minutes… Mind you there were only 2 other customers with 2 technicians there and another woman came in to get a nail fixed which they attended while having me wait. I’ve never had to wait that long in any nail salon nor have I ever had to walk out. They were not even aware about the wait. Not worth going. So many other salons in Miami that do prioritize customer service."

"Great work. Ashley did my nails and I got gel x w French tips and they turned out amazing. The quality is great and everyone is shocked that the French tips were done by a human. Also the prices are unbeatable. 100% recommend this place"
