I’m very particular with my French manicures especially since I had a hunch my boyfriend was proposing and she did my manicure to perfection! "I had a good experience at top nails. I did not have to wait they took care of me right away. They had a good selection of colors to choose from. I personally like to put glitter on my nails and they had a great color selection. It was not a super fancy nail salon but it was clean and I felt comfortable. I am very happy with how my nails turned out and I am planning to return."
