"Where to start: This place is a mess. The owner/nail artist is RUDE to say the least. She would talk as if your presence bother her. If you do not want to deal with clients don't be in this business. Then her service quality is below average. The so called manicure is basically just change of nail paint. She will buff the nails and ask you to wash your hands no soaking, no massage nothing. Then if you dare ask her to remove the nail polish she will refuse and just grind your nails with the electric tools to the point of nail burns. NO APOLOGIES whatsoever. And worst is the shape of nails she gives is never straight or correct, always slanted. And on top you get told number of times, that she is so busy so you need to hurry up so that she can attend to her other clients. Not to mention that the same goes for the next client. She is cheap yes, but you get what you pay for. I for one am not going back. To me getting my nails done is a part of caring for me. Not going to get disrespected by someone who is not interested in doing their job. Period..."
