"I’ve been coming here for a little over two years. Reading the comments below, please keep in mind, yes this is a customer service providing business BUT we are all humans, not every day is a good day for each individual. I believe sometimes we forget this as being the paying customer. Mike is phenomenal for acrylics! Love his work. I’ve also had gel mani and regular pedicures here with different people, even though they all work differently, I leave content. They tend to get extremely busy on the weekends even if arriving at open time so I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time."

"They chopped my nails off without even asking what shape I wanted. I had nice long nails and the guy did not care. He was in a rush and scraped my nails so much I have dents in my nail now and cut my cuticles so much it BURNS. Management did not care at all. Which was the lady that sits all the way in the front. She started talking over me and getting louder and louder. Then started ignoring me. Do NOT come here or stop giving this business your money. Super rude and could care less about their customers. They’re not even trying to hide it anymore. Anytime any customer come to them with the SLIGHTEST inconvenience, they start lashing out. I’ve seen it happen many times."

"I did my nails for the first time here last week on Thursday, today is Monday and 4 nails have come off. I have never had this happen to me in any other saloon, I usually wait 2-3 weeks to go back and get my refill done. This is unacceptable!!! I paid $40 for a refill and a few days later it's all messed up. Don't go here, bad quality products and service is rushed."
