"Turned out to be a bad experience. I was advised to remove the original flagstone entryway in my house to put the new vinyl flooring up to my door. Big mistake. First of all I can't even put a mat of any kind in front of the door now when I was always able to, due to the floor being so high. People walk right in on my good floor. To make matters worse, water is getting into my house from an old door frame that is rotted and has to be replaced and it is wicking right under my new floor. This never would have happened if the flagstone was there. The owner actually charged me $139 to replace a tiny thin little trim at the threshold that was lifting up due to the moisture and hunting me down for the money after only two weeks. Lol. This thing was probably pennies wholesale and he should have provided it for free or very low cost, on a floor that is only 4 1/2 years old. I should have got it myself from Mohawk. I am in the trade but didn't think about it. Unbelievable. How about the bad advice? What did I get for that? I never should have removed that flagstone. Don't remove what was original to your house. Not worth it. Its there for a reason. No bargains here either way. I paid a lot of money for this floor. The only reason I'm not giving it one star for this is because the installation was done well. Nasty office personnel as well."

"We had our floors done by Andre and Gene from Showplace floors and can say we are so very pleased with the job they did for us. These 2 men were efficient and diligent. They worked very hard and completed in 2 days what should have taken 3 days. They cleaned as they went and put everything back into place. We highly recommend them and Showplace floors and couldn't be happier with the finished job. 5 stars."

"From onset to completion, Showplace Floors did not disappoint. They have an unbelievable selection of flooring products and the level of customer service is outstanding. I own a tiny house and had stopped in several times to look at flooring options for my 2 bedrooms. The project was overwhelming because I had never selected tile before and had no idea where to start. Bill, my knowledgeable and helpful salesman, and Blair, secretary extraordinaire, both went to great lengths to educate me on the various products, and to help me get exactly what I wanted, within my budget. They patiently loaned me sample after sample; Bill came to the house and took careful measurements, and was always available when I called or stopped in to ask questions. The man who installed the tile is an artist in his craft; his precision and attention to details is flawless. The result is so beautiful that I’m having them install the same tile in my living room and hallway. Showplace Floors is top notch!"
