"Been buying here for a couple years and has been fine. But never again. Only problem I have usually had is my orders being packed wrong about 50% of the time, but i have gotten used to it and just check them before i leave everytime now. But today I was slung attitude because I didn't call in some bolts I wasn't sure the size of, even after i called in part of the order and told the guy on phone that i would have to bring in these because i needed to be sure of size. Was told "we can't be doing these orders, call it in" which I always do except today. I run a business and don't have time for a hissy fit from someone angry they have to do a job. I'll buy from fastenal from now on. Hopefully they lose that cushy contract with mosaic Here soon... maybe knock thier arrogance down a notch."

"Best place around for bolts, they have excellent customer service, simply walk in, say what you need, and they will walk it right out to you. Best prices I've ever seen for bolts. I will happily tell everyone I can to visit here."

"Needed a couple of washers. There was like 7 people standing in line at the counter. Not a hello, can I help you or I'll be with you in a few minutes, NOTHING. 10 minutes later just turned around walked out the door and left. Went down to ACE Hardware and was out in 5 minutes. Pathetic customer service. Wont make that mistake again."

"Horrible hours but we'll have it any fasteners you need at best prices in Bartow. You don't necessarily brows for anything. You tell them what you want they bring it to you. The times I've been they've been very helpful although it's been over a year since I've been able to go. Again horrible hours."
