"Never and I mean never have I done my nails somewhere where they’re so unprofessional. Marcela was the lady that did my nails and when I tell you not once did she look at me because she was constantly checking her phone for messages and literally had a conversation while doing my nails on the phone with someone about her getting lip injections! Ridiculous! As she was talking on the phone about her VERY important top lip getting an injection she would use her hands and eyes to gesture when I should change my hands and place them inside the Gel UV machine. I paid for my service but she really was expecting me to tip which I always do and have no problem doing so knowing working in the service industry tips help so much. I hope management finds better structure for their employees and for Marcela to respect paying customers. As for the service itself it wasn’t good, this nail salon clearly doesn’t hire licensed professionals. She made me bleed, didn’t soak my cuticles and just applied massive amounts of oil to cut around my skin which OBVIOUSLY is what made me bleed because you couldn’t even take 2 mins to get a bowl with warm water and soak my nails before cutting my cuticles. The fact that I know more about a manicure is sad. It’s not fair to have to pay for something when all the work was childish. Goodluck to this business."

"I had a wonderful first time experience and Olga really went above and beyond in trying to make that happen! Got a full acrylic set $55 and the Venetian Spa Pedicure $50 The acrylic set came out gorgeous !!! Olga is really detailed and highly skilled not only in laying the acrylic but also in shaping it to make sure the final result is natural, well done, and made to last on the even the busiest hands. I really liked that she was patient and really listened to my preferences and even asked me for feedback. This kind of attention really makes all the difference when you like things a certain way !"

"Walking in the salon I was greeted by the host with a friendly smile, when I told her the service I would like she said it may take approximately 20 minutes for someone to see me. It took only 7 minutes for a nail tech to come to me. My nail technician was very pleasant and thorough. She made me feel comfortable and she did my gel manicure and pedicure very well. I will definitely go back to this salon for services and recommend to others. Thanks for being so pleasant and professional."

"I made an appointment 2 days ago. For mani and gel nail, I had a gel nail. There was a chinese woman she took care of me. She didn’t even listen what I want from her. I wanted classic french but pink base color, she did NUDE. She cut me when she was doing mani. French is horrible. White lines looks wavy. Manicure is not clean, it looks old mani. She didn’t clean the cuticles at all. I said sorry but I didn’t like french but that’s okay. She had a kinda attitude. I didn’t like it at all. Really bad job. It was my second visit. Laura took care of my pedi before. I like her a lot. I visited again for Laura but she was off. But second time is horrible. I paid 115$ for this horrible job. There is no tips idk why I paid so much. Anyway."

"First, while getting my pedicure they soaked my fingers in acetone for an HOUR…. My skin is super sensitive now and STILL wrinkly and damaged - its been 24 hours since i got them done. The gel from my big toe was uneven and peeling off the next day. My acrylic nails were filed SO narrow that it is supppper un natural and my skin in filed off and burns. I paid $155 in total and plus $30 tip. NEVER AGAIN"
