"As you can see from their reviews they always have something to say. Nothing is ever their fault. No matter what these people come back on here to say they are shady people. I have personally heard them lie to customers. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear in order to make a sale. I have also heard them be all nice to customers and immediately bad mouth them as soon as they walk out the store. They are not the people they seem to be. I was fired under false accusations. The fact is they gave me a raise shortly before they fired me for my good attitude. They lie and I can see that hasn't changed. Just because I have my personal opinion somehow means I have a bad attitude. I'll stop giving bad reviews when this world changes. Until then, I will continue to let the truth be known regardless of what people like. I'll leave a good review when its deserved. This is certainly a bottom of the barrel type outfit. To further show you what kind of people they really are: they did not give me my final bonus I had coming on my last check. That is unlawful and I fully expect it from a phony group of people. Dishonest to the core."

"Terrible product. Terrible Customer service. order 2.5 Yards of “Potting soil” from the picture online it showed a healthy mixture, of perlite, pine bark, pine bark fines and topsoil. What was dropped off in my drive way was bark and cow manure, nothing like the picture online looked terrible. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and fill a pot and test the drainage, I watered the soil, came back 6 and a half hours later and there was still standing water still after 6 and a half hours sitting on the surface. Rendering my garden useless, and turning it into a mosquito farm for me my wife and my two little boys. asked them for a refund, being that the product was Terrible and they gave me $116 back of my $226. And now I have to find a way to dispose of thousands of pounds of GARBAGE Dirt they wouldn’t come and pick up. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Terrible experience. Gave them the opportunity to make it right and they failed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t believe the pictures, and get a sample of the product before you get thousands of pounds of it delivered to your drive way. You can’t trust it."

"Great place to get your dirt from. Ordered online called and called afterwards confirming time frame. They were beyond responsive and had great communication. Needed another delivery of dirt because I miscalculated. They were able to get another truck of dirt there on time while my bobcat was still there. This place is amazing. Also they have worm castings!"

"My experience with this company has not been the best. Been waiting for months for White Marble Rock and it finally came in and we placed an order and had it delivered. { We are not holding the wait against them} IT was super white and looked great, however after the first rain i got this below took off all the dust. You can understand all the yards that were hauled into my backyard to see this as the end result. First picture is what i ordered from their website, the rest is what i got. If you look at my pictures, you will see a bunch of different color stone. They should advertise the real product they are selling unlike what is on their website. After speaking to Matt which is the owner i believe, he told me to wait till they got more and then after it was shrugged off since a week and a half has passed by. So now i am stuck after paying for 5 yards of White Marble Rock that is a mix of whatever this is. They offered for me to bring it back but who wants to try to load 5 yards alone and find a way to bring that back. So still not a possible solution to this problem."
