"they had me waiting for about 45 after the lady said it would be a 10 minute wait. finally when they sat me down, i asked the guy how much it would be for acrylic and he said $44. then he proceeded to file and cut down my nails without even asking. then he got up and left to do a pedicure. i waited for about another half an hour until i just left because the people who freed up went to do pedicures or people who had just walked in. when i asked the lady in the front why the guy didn’t do my nails she said he didn’t do acrylics. terrible customer service and wouldn’t come back any time soon. wasted my day waiting around and left with stubs on my nails."

"I had my nails done by Kevin and he’s by far the most attentive with the nails and the designs, he had this one done and I was very happy, I came in with terrible acrylics and he fixed them for me. The place itself is really nice especially since they remodeled and got new equipment and new spa chairs. But Kevin does a wonderful job with the nails , he’ll shape it just how you want them and if you show him a picture he’ll do it just like it. Very nice place, and they also do a lovely job when getting your feet done."
