The shop is ultra clean and organized, the materials are high quality, and my nails always last and look beautiful for weeks. Mailen is my go-to nail professional, and she is amazing. Everyone always compliments my nails, the colors and designs. Love this place!"

"I want to start by saying everyone was very kind and helpful, but there were a few shortcomings that were hard to overlook. I told two people at the salon that I only had gel polish on my nails, but neither of them believed me and questioned me several times. I was offered coffee multiple times, which I said yes to, and I was never brought any. The station was not cleaned before I was serviced and I could see someone else’s cuticles on the towel used for me. The nail tech drilled my nails too aggressively and made my cuticles bleed in multiple places. My fingers were irritated for several days after due to the open cuts. I just went to get my nails done somewhere else and was told that the “over-drilling” led to visible damage on my natural nails. At Paint box, I got a beautiful gel polish manicure with chrome and I was very happy with how it looked! Two days later, it was clear that the chrome was not sealed properly, because it started to come off (pictures attached). The chrome was an up charge of $20, which definitely ended up not being worth it. Again, I want to clarify that the staff was nice, but my hands and nails took some serious damage during this appointment, so I will not be returning."

"A hidden gem! From the start, the customer service was amazing. Everyone is welcoming, and they offer coffee, wine, and beverages for their guests which is a plus. The salon was super clean and organized so i immediately trusted the tools and polishes! Lia was my tech today and she did an amazing job. She was really focused on the health of my nail and cuticles and was super detailed! I have a gel polish allergy, so anything that involves gel will have a bad reaction, and they accommodated and did the whole dip system and regular pedicure! Definitely coming back!!"
