Threaded Fasteners

Threaded Fasteners is a hardware store located at 10704 North 46th Street in Tampa, Florida. Our mission is to create value for the people we serve by specializing in manufacturing, custom packaging, and distributing high-quality steel fasteners such as tower and electric utility bolts, anchor bolts, A325 structural bolts, A394 tower bolts, nuts, washers, and more. With over 270 dedicated employee owners and $14 million worth of inventory across sixteen distribution warehouses, we are able to meet the global needs of our customers in industries such as power generating utilities, chemical and electrical, commercial marine construction, stainless steel fabrication, metal building manufacturing, and Department of Transportation (DOT) fabrication.

We have recently launched the "Nuts and Bolts of Leadership" podcast, hosted by our President/CEO Billy Duren and produced by our Marketing and Communications Director Hali Gibson. This podcast focuses on leadership development for both emerging and established leaders, offering actionable items for personal growth and development. Our goal is to create conversations around what it means to be a leader and provide valuable insights from dynamic leaders across the country.

In order to accommodate our growing demand, we are expanding to a 20,000 square foot facility on Arundel Road. This new space will allow for expanded inventory and product lines, making Threaded Fasteners a one-stop shop for all construction projects. Our retail store offers brands such as DeWalt, Diamond Blades, and DrillTech.

Our podcast has been well-received, with guests sharing valuable wisdom and insights on leadership principles. Each episode features different themes and perspectives on leadership, with guests emphasizing the importance of teamwork, radical servitude, and leading with vulnerability. We look forward to continuing to provide valuable content and insights on leadership in future episodes.
