"From beginning to end this was a great experience! Sarah came to our house with all sorts of samples and explained in detail the differences between them. Then we went into the rooms to be done to check color, etc. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The installers were prompt and went about their. business efficiently. "Premium price for average work. Poor communication by the salesperson, who is no longer with the company. She explained the price included "significant floor prep" for an epoxy moisture sealer and the project would take a crew 2-3 days. Doing some back of the envelope math on guesstimated labor costs for 2 guys x 2 days labor and quick google searches on material costs, we agreed to the price. The "significant prep" took 15 minutes! The crew of 2 were done with the entire job in less than 5 hours! Great, right? Then why did the salesperson say it would be three times as long when justifying the pricing? I've had work done where the work was completed in a shorter time, but one-third of the time? I would not have agreed to the price if the salesperson had said it would take less than a day to install. Note that the agreement included a clause for them to adjust the price for unforeseen conditions, but nothing going the other direction. The salesperson raved about "their installers" (who turned out to be subcontractors) and they were fast. They installed a two part epoxy moisture sealer and it was the first time they had used this product. (Which was about $250 less than the price of the product they told me they normally used, but no price reduction for us as the product wasn't specified in the agreement.) The vinyl flooring install itself looks good! The baseboard and quarter-round install had several quarter inch gaps in the inside corners filled with caulk. Luckily it is painted white and in a bedroom. I would give them an above average on the flooring install, but below average on the baseboard and quarter-round install. Combined with the pricing explanation discrepancy from the now former salesperson, I have to leave my first two star review. Note: After posting my initial review, which was 1 star, I heard from the owner. She provided me with more information and explanation and I edited this review. In fairness, a lot of the issues were caused by someone no longer with the company. But I have to base my review on my experience. Learn from my mistake, get every tiny detail in writing!"

Communication was excellent, when we encountered issues during the ordering of the new flooring, and during install.
