"This is one of the worest companies to do business with; do not let the Sherman Williams name fool you. The dispatcher's are rude and condcending. They no called no showed TWICE and when we called an complained they laughed...and thought it was funny. My tile repair was never completed and we had to hire another company. Stay as far away from this company as possible they are the worest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave a negative star review I would and it would be -5."

"Their installers got glue on the walls, there’s gaps where the carpet meets the wall and they literally broke my celling light off the celling. Get price in writing- On two separate transactions I was quoted a price then all of a sudden the price changed to higher. Ofcourse they have multiple “excuses” for why they won’t honor the original quote. Surprise, you now owe more even tho we know you have stairs and it’s clearly stated in previous paperwork... The day of instal they demanded more money to finish a job I had already paid for with the installers there saying they would only do part of the job unless I pay more. Shocking behavior-Very unprofessional company, avoid! Prices might be cheap but you get what you pay for- my carpet was falling apart from an install just two years ago. I’m not the only unhappy customer-check yelp."
