Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"I’m a pro customer and spend over $100,000.00 annually at the Home Depot. With that said I’m in multiple Home Depot stores often and sometimes two or more stores per day. I must say the best service of any of the many Home Depot stores I shop at has to be the memorial Hwy Home Depot, hands down. There are a lot of friendly and knowledgeable associates there and one in particular is Destiny at the pro desk who has been extremely helpful with my purchases, pricing and delivery on recent projects of mine. I highly recommend this Home Depot to any home owner or contractors like myself and don’t forget ask for Destiny at the pro desk for exceptional service!"

"I needed a power drain (snake) cleaner and they had it 4 rent at reasonable cost. 50' or 75' at $35 n $50 for 4 hrs. They have it for longer periods of time too. In n out. Just gotta have id n a credit card. Fast svc. Pick up n return."

"Well, they got the veteran parking thing going, finally. But I couldn't find what I was looking for. I couldn't find anyone to help me find what I was looking for. I had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone to ask directions to the product in the store. She took down my description and told me she would send someone to me. They never showed up. The app does not tell you what aisle the product is in, or even if it is in stock. Terrible customer service. The store looks dirty and disorganized. They are storing orders in the aisles, which is a clear violation of fire code. And the "Pro Desk" on google maps shows people at the beach. There is a reason why I am a loyal Lowe's customer. I don't know why I ever let my wife talk me into going here. I will never walk into another Home Dept again."

"Went to pick up an order I bought online. At the pro desk, the employees were not authorized to release orders. Had to go to CSR desk, other end of store for release. Then my order was short because inventory hadn't been updated online so stock was listed wrong."

"I worked in construction business .. i used for first time the pro hd app, it was helpful, then i went to the prodesk, put the order and paid it. But i always have the same problem .. the order was not ready to pick it up in the time schedule. First they said the problem was Sandra, she works in the pro desk area and i really know that she was not the problem. Because i was next to her putting the order in the system. She did it good, i know the problem is in the backroom department .. they always have the same problem .. first: order is not ready second: the materials you bought are not in stock, yes they are i checked everything before put the order , third : i bought a kitchen sink, all in one, they insisted for 20 minutes, it is not incluided the faucet and the drains, i gave them sku number and specifications and yes it incluides everything. I just want to say thank you to Sandra in prodesk and Yana in customer services. Yana helped me a lot today, she knows i was frustrated, because i paid my workers per hour and they are sitting there for 3 hours just waiting for my order, i must admitted she knows how to deal with frustraded customers like me. If hd dont take care of the warehouse dpt they will lose a lot of customers"
