"I pretty much never leave reviews anywhere. I’m a contractor, I only use Sherwin Williams paint. This store is slow, unprofessional, they take orders over the phone, hang up the phone and don’t even make the order. They just wait till you get there and make you wait after waiting 10 minutes to even be addressed. I would recommend just going to the 9th Ave n store, they handle business properly."

"Brenda, decorative product specialist is such a HUGE asset to this store! Choosing a paint color is so overwhelming and she made the process fun and easy! Definitely recommend setting up an appointment with her! We were going to go with Benjamin Moore but once we had Brenda to help us, we gladly switched to SW paint!"

The young lady working the front with the nose ring is talented at making customer feel stupid for not knowing the sherwin Williams paint industry as well as she does. Repeating “what color, what sheen, how much?” Is not helpful and is a great way to force thousands of dollars of business to walk out the door. It’s 2023 so it’s likely whatever manager reads this doesn’t really care and assumes their job is secure without money. I make this assessment from the quality of individual this manager hired. "I had a horrible experience in this store today, and while I almost never review a business, I felt it was necessary. My painter asked me to go to the store and pick out some paint samples that I liked and bill it to his account. When I walked in, there were 3 emplyees standing behind the counter and another helping a customer. Not one person at the counter did anything to assist me. I looked at samples, and when the woman finished with the one customer I'm the store she asked me what I was doing there. I explained that I was looking for samples and she essentially chastised me for not having an appointment and not coming in prepared. She basically shooed me away because her next appointment had arrived and advised me that if i wanted her help i should make an appointment and come back another time. I have no intention of ever going back to this store again."

"Belinda is amazing! We have used her services on four different occasions now and she has been wonderful every single time! The first time I met Belinda I was painting a room by myself, and I had no idea how to select the color. I lucked out that I happened to walk into the store on a rare occasion where she was not already working with a scheduled appointment. She stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out my colors and they worked out beautifully. Since that day, we have needed her services for three more homes, but now for the entire house (inside and outside). We brought whatever samples of each house that we could get our hands on, and she supplied the rest. Belinda was able to put together a palette of colors for us that blended beautifully (both inside and outside). We could not have done this without her help! Inevitably, every time we have been working together on a project, a customer walks in and sees us working together and before they leave, they have made an appointment with Belinda so she can help them with their project! She is a treasure and a huge valuable asset to this store and the lucky people that walk in aimlessly searching for the perfect color through a virtual sea of options! It seems like it would be an easy process to pick out a wall color. However, staring at all those tiny color samples and trying to imagine what they would look like on an entire wall...let alone coordinating it all with the existing decor of the home is (in my opinion) overwhelming! Belinda makes it fun and stress free and I think she's wonderful! Thank you Belinda for all of your help over this past year!"
