"Have waited and waited for my windows and doors that I paid for last OCTOBER!!! They failed to call me when my windows did come in…2 months after. I have waited for one door since October. Very rude guy Mike who answers the phone. Acts as though he had no time to handle customers. I live in a mobile home community of 150 plus homes. Will definitely recommend ALUM FLO in St Petersburg. The Largo Mobile Home Depot store is who my terrible experience has been with!"

"We stopped going to this location and now travel to the one in Newport Richy, Zephyrhills, and even Lakeland just because of the customer service, being so poor at the Largo location. The older skinny gentleman with glasses I believe his name is Marty, but don’t quote me he’s just not friendly or helpful for that matter. Because of the time restraint we decided to stop there today and give it another shot when lo and behold when we walked in “Marty” was talking to another employee about how he was mad because somebody a customer had called him rude. The other employee pointed that we had walked in and Marty’s response was.” I don’t care if I lose my job” if someone’s rude I’m gonna tell. And this is why you don’t go to this location and probably won’t again. And I have talked to several people that feel the same way about the customer service there. It’s very sad."

"If you have to get a part, you are going to pay over retail for it... I only go here if I'm getting a part for someone... with their money not mine. You can always look at what you want, and get it cheaper somewhere else... I know it may be convenient for those of you that need something g in an emergency, But I will shop online and get free shopping and it will be cheaper.. They seem to be the only ones in town so this is where you have to go to get these kinds of Parts unless you go into Tampa. Sorry guys... I call them as I see them"
